Shipping Policy

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1-2 business days (excluding pre orders) - note in busier periods dispatch times may take up to 3 business days.


All time scales are estimated, delivery times are subject to delays beyond our control. It is the buyers responsibility to check these details before placing your orders. refunds will not be issued on this basis.

We use a combination of Royal Mail & Parcelforce Couriers - should you require an alternative service provider please contact us before placing your order.

Please allow 2-3 business days for your order to arrive, items may take longer and be subject to delays which are beyond our control.


if your order contains a mixture of instock & preorder items your order will not be shipped until ALL items are available. If you require in stock items sooner you must place 2 separate orders.


All our pre order items can easily be identified with a PRE ORDER ribbon on our home page plus delivery time scales in the description box. Delivery time scales are estimated and are subject to delays beyond our control.


Please note we are not able to cancel or amend pre orders as the stock has been specifically requested for you. Please ensure you are happy with these terms before placing your order. It is at our discretion as to whether we may offer you a credit voucher in place of your order.

Return & Exchange Policy

As a B2B store, we do not accept returns/refunds unless your items are damaged or faulty on arrival. Please ensure you check your items thoroughly on arrival and report any damages to us within 7 days of receiving your package. Issues reported outside of this time frame may be dealt with at the company's discretion. Any issues can be reported directly to

CUSTOM ORDERS - Personalised orders up to and including neon signs are strictly non refundable unless deemed faulty. 

Please note  working hours are Monday-Friday 9-5 emails may take up to 48hours to be responded to and up to 72 hours on weekends.
